STS9NF3LL Description


STS9NF3LL belongs to the family of power MOSFETs developed by STMicroelectronics based on the second generation of its unique “single feature size” strip-based process. This process makes it able to deliver low on-state resistance while maintaining a low gate charge. This device ensures excellent performance in terms of both conduction and switching losses when it is used as high and low side in buck regulator.
