This Power MOSFET series realized with STMicroelectronics's unique STripFET? process has specifically been designed to minimize the on-resistance. Therefore, it is suitable as a primary switch in advanced high-efficiency, high-frequency isolated DC-DC converters for Telecom and Computer application.
