K5 technology based on an innovative proprietary vertical structure. The result is a dramatic reduction in on-resistance and ultra-low gate charge for applications requiring superior power density and high efficiency. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -55 and 150℃. And the Transistor STD2N105K5 is in the TO-252-3 package with 60W power dissipation.
