The onsemi NVTFS5826NLTAG can be applied in Motor drivers, Solenoid Drivers, Lamp Driver, Automotive engine controllers, and Automotive body controllers due to the following features. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -55 and 175℃. And the Transistor NVTFS5826NLTAG is in the WDFN-8 package with 22W power dissipation.
