A device's maximum input capacitance is 88pF @ 10V, but its input capacitance parameter, CI, is measured as the capacitance between the input terminals of the device with either input grounded.In this device, the drain current (ID) is equal to the continuous current transistor can conduct.At a given drain-source breakdown voltage, a specified value of ID will flow. With VGS=30V, the drain-source breakdown voltage is 30V.Input capacitance must be charged before drain current conduction can begin, so the turn-off delay time is 10.5 ns.Before drain current conduction begins, the device's input capacitance must be charged, so the delay time is 3.4 ns.An FET transistor's gate-source voltage, VGS, indicates how much voltage is applied across the transistor's gate-source terminal and it can range from 20V to 1.This device uses no drive voltage (4V 10V) to reduce its overall power consumption.
