IPT015N10N5ATMA1 is an OptiMOS? 5 100V power MOSFET from Infineon, which is specifically intended for synchronous rectification in telecom and server power supply. Furthermore, these devices can be used in a variety of industrial applications such as solar, low voltage drives, and converters. The new OptiMOS? 5 100V MOSFETs are available in seven different packages and have the lowest R DS in the industry (on).
