IPD90N10S4L06ATMA1 is a 100V OptiMOSTM-T2 Power-Transistor. The Infineon IPD90N10S4L06ATMA1 can be applied in 48V inverter, 48V DC/DC, and HID lighting(Bicycle headlamps, Underwater diving...). The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -55 and 175℃. And the Transistor IPD90N10S4L06ATMA1 is in the TO-252-3 package with 136W power dissipation.
