In the a!alanche and commutation modes, this advanced technology has been specifically tuned to minimize on-state resistance, provide improved switching performance, and withstand high energy pulses. These devices are ideal for high-efficiency switching DC$DC converters, switch mode power supplies, DC-percent C converters for continuous power supply, and motor control.
