Input capacitance, CI, is defined as the capacitance between two input terminals of an op amp with one input grounded, and the input capacitance of this device is 910pF @ 15V.The drain current is the maximum continuous current the device can conduct, and this device has 10A continuous drain current (ID).This device has 30V drain-to-source breakdown voltage, where VDS corresponds to the ID at which a specified value of ID flows and VGS equals 30V.The turn-off delay time of a device is the time it takes to charge its input capacitance before drain current can flow. The turn-off delay time of a device is 25 ns.Input capacitance charge delays drain current conduction until the time it takes to charge input capacitance reaches 8 ns.Gate-source voltages (VGS) are voltages that fall across the gate-source terminal of FET transistors. VGS is sometimes 20VV.Activation of any electrical operation happens at threshold voltage, and this transistor has 1.6V threshold voltage.Using drive voltage (4.5V 10V) reduces this device's overall power consumption.
