FDP20N50 Description
UniFETTM MOSFETs are a type of high-voltage MOSFET that uses planar stripe and DMOS technology. The FDP20N50 MOSFET has been designed to lower on-state resistance while also improving switching performance and avalanche energy strength. It is appropriate for switching power converter applications such as power factor correction (PFC), flat panel display (FPD) TV power, ATX, and electronic lamp ballasts, according to the FDP20N50 datasheet.
