  This N-channel MOSFET is designed to improve the overall efficiency of the DC/DC converter and minimize the noise of its switching nodes, using either a synchronous switching PWM controller or a conventional switching PWM controller. It is optimized for low gate charge, low RDS (ON), fast switching and body diode reverse recovery.
