FDMS7650 Description


FDMS7650 is a 30V N-Channel PowerTrench? MOSFET. This N-Channel MOSFET FDMS7650 has been designed specifically to improve the overall efficiency and to minimize switch node ringing of DC/DC converters using either synchronous or conventional switching PWM controllers. The onsemi FDMS7650  has been optimized for low gate charge and extremely low rDS(on).
