FDMC8010DC Description
FDMC8010DC is a type of N-channel MOSFET provided by ON Semiconductor based on the advanced PowerTrench? process to provide lower on-state resistance and superior switching performance. It is able to provide the lowest RDS (on) and maintain advanced switching performance on the basis of advancements in both silicon and DUAL COOL package technologies. As a result, it is well suited for synchronous rectifiers, motor bridge switches, and load switches.
