FDMC8010 Description
FDMC8010 N-Channel MOSFETs are produced using an advanced PowerTrench? process explicitly designed to minimize on-state resistance. FDMC8010 has been designed for applications that require ultra-low RDS(on) in small spaces, such as high-performance VRM, POL, and rings.
