Description
The FDMA6676PZ is a PowerTrench? MOSFET with a single P-Channel. It is intended for power line load switching and reverses polarity protection applications. It's especially well-suited to voltage rails that can reach 25 V. Laptop computers, tablets, and mobile phones are examples of typical end systems. Battery protection, input power line protection, and charge path protection, including USB and other charge channels, are all examples of applications. The FDMA6676PZ has a VGS rating of 25 V, which was designed to make installation easier. It is designed to sustain operating input voltages as high as 25 V without the requirement for external Zener protection on the gate when utilized as reverse polarity protection, with the gate tied to the ground and drain tied to V input. Its compact form factor of 2 x 2 x 0.8 makes it excellent for mobile and space-constrained applications.
