FDD8444 is a type of N-channel PowerTrench? MOSFET provided by ON Semiconductor to improve the overall efficiency of DC/DC converters through either synchronous or conventional switching PWM controllers. It is able to provide low miller charge and low RDS (on) while maintaining fast switching speed.
