FCP16N60 is a new generation of high voltage MOSFET family that is utilizing an advanced charge balance mechanism for outstanding low on-resistance and lower gate charge performance. This advanced technology is designed to minimize conduction loss, provide superior switching performance, and withstand extreme dv/dt rates and higher avalanche energies.
As a result, FCP16N60 SuperFET is very suitable for various AC/DC power conversions in switching mode operation, which allows for system miniaturization and improved efficiency.
