The Infineon BSC100N06LS3GATMA1 can be applied in Synchronous rectification, Solar micro-inverter, Isolated DC-DC converters, Motor control for 12-48V systems, and Or-ing switches due to the following features. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -55 and 150℃. And the Transistor BSC100N06LS3GATMA1 is in the TDSON-8 package with 50W power dissipation.
