CI refers to the capacitance between two input terminals on an op amp with either input grounded, and this device's maximum input capacitance is 1450pF @ 10V.This device conducts a continuous drain current (ID) of 5.5A, which is the maximum continuous current transistor can conduct.A device can conduct a maximum continuous current of [5A] according to its drain current.Gate-source voltage, or VGS, is the voltage across a FET transistor's gate-source terminal, and can be 8V volts.The DS breakdown voltage should be maintained above 20V to maintain normal operation.This transistor requires a drain-source voltage (Vdss) of 20V.Using drive voltage (1.8V 4.5V) reduces this device's overall power consumption.
