With the enhanced 16-UFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent.In the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this RF modulator is mounted.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.This RF module has 16 terminations for driving and receiving data signals.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 16-pin RF module.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -40°C.The RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 2mA in order to deliver its performance.
