ZLNB2010Q16TC Overview


This RF IC features an enhanced 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package .This RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) package.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.Integrated into this RF module are 16 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.It is a 16-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.Below 85°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.Optimal performance can be achieved by operating the RF modulator's supply current in the 26mA range.
