This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) format.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.Integrated into this RF module are 16 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control RF module featuring 16 pins.It must be below 70°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -40°C.For it to perform as expected, the RF modulator's supply current must be in the range of 26mA.
