A 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad case is used for packaging. There is a Tray packaged with it. Normal operation is limited to 750MHz. If this is the case, it will be mounted as Surface Mount. There is a classification of Fanout Buffer (Distribution) for this electronic part. Setting the temperature to -40°C~85°C will ensure reliable performance.
