ZL40203LDG1 Overview


The clock divider is available in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad case. In case Tray, the cut smart buffer is available. As a rule, the maximum value for normal operation is 750MHz. It has 16 terminations in it, which means that it is terminated. With a supply voltage of 2.375V, high efficiency is possible. If this is the case, it will be mounted as Surface Mount. Electrical components classified as Fanout Buffer (Distribution) are classified as such. It is recommended to set the temperature to -40°C~85°C in order to achieve reliable performance. Any power source will work, as long as it has 2.375V~3.465VV. There is a place for it in the way of Surface Mount. The clock buffer contains 16 pins. Buffer IC is LVPECL that is output. There is a cut smart buffer contained in Clock Drivers that is used for this purpose. It's set to 2.625V for the maximum supply voltage (Vsup). In order to maintain normal operation, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be maintained above 2.375V. A supply of 2.5/3.3V volts is needed to power it. When the supply voltage is at 3.465V, the efficiency will be highest. By utilizing this gadget, one can also obtain ALSO OPERATES AT 3.3 V SUPPLY.
