16-VFQFN Exposed Pad case is available for the cut smart buffer. It is packaged as a Tape & Reel (TR). The maximum value for normal operation is 750MHz. The circuit clock is mounted on Surface Mount. The electrical component has a classification of Fanout Buffer (Distribution). Set the temperature to -40°C~85°C for reliable performance. Any power source will work, as long as it has 2.375V~3.465VV. The output of it is LVPECL. In order to maintain reliability, the maximum operating temperature is -40°C. It is possible to achieve stable operation by setting the maximum operating temperature to 85°C.
