ZL30251LDF1 Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CML, CMOS, Crystal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. It provides a maximum frequency of 1.035GHz. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~3.465V. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. This is a clock generator compatible with CML, CMOS logic levels. A frequency generator with -40°C operations has an impressive low-temperature performance. This RF synthesizer can last with attenuated performance at 85°C.
