ZL30250LDG1 Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator is embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. CML, CMOS, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. 1.035GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 1.71V~3.465V. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. It's compatible with CML, CMOS logic levels. In addition to having an impressive low-temperature performance, this clock device can perform -40°C operations simultaneously. At 85°C, this RF synthesizer remains functional despite reduced performance.
