Board space can be saved by using the LQFP package.A Surface Mount-axis mount is used.The telecom interface contains 128 pins.To offer designers much flexibility, it is powered by 3.3V voltage.As a precaution, the temperature is set at a minimum value of -40°C in order to ensure normal operation.Normal operation is ensured by setting 85°C to the maximum value.At least 3.135V voltage should be supplied.Telecommunications device is recommended to supply a voltage lower than 3.465V.It incorporates with 1 transceivers.
