As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Cut Tape method. Embedded in the TSSOP package is this Clock PLL. It contains a total of 8 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. Providing a maximum frequency of 125MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. There is a 8 pin that is available on the digital clock generator. This clock generator ic has an impressive low-temperature operating performance and is capable of -40°C operations. The operating temperature should be lower than 85°C. A voltage above 3.465V will not provide enough power to this frequency generator. This RF synthesizer can operate at a voltage as low as 3.135V. When operated at 125MHz, frequency synthesizer achieves high efficiency. In this operation, a maximum current of 68mA is supplied to the clock generator.
