In the QFN EP package, you'll find it. It's packaged in the shape of a Tape and Reel. A 24 termination can be found in it. There are 24 pins used in order to operate the device. A total of SERIAL IO/COMMUNICATION CONTROLLER, I2C BUS uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are present in this gadget. There is no need for external power in Serial IO/Communication Controllers.
