On the basis of the frequency 0Hz~6GHz, RF modulator operates.This RF IC features an enhanced 6-SMD, No Leads package .The Cut Tape (CT) package houses this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 85°C.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -55°C.
