SOIC is where you'll find real time clocks.There is a packaging method that is similar to Bulk.In the case of 8 terminations, transmission lines have the characteristic impedance of the terminating RTC module.In this RTC real time clock, there is a voltage of 5V supplied to it.With 8 pins, it is equipped with the necessary functions.Timer or RTC includes this component in its content.A memory of 512B can be used to store data and programs.The frequency of real time clocks' output should not exceed 0.032MHz.Mounting type for the RTC module is Surface Mount.In order for it to be powered, it requires a power supply of 3/5V.Following an input signal, there are 1 timers that output a signal at a preset time.A temperature higher than -40°C is ideal for operating.Lower than 85°C should be the operating temperature.The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 5.5V.This electrical real time analog clock has the TIMER, REAL TIME CLOCK type of uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs.For normal operation, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 2.7V.
