VTP200UF Overview
In order to provide safety protection, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Bulk. The minimum operating temperature for the PTC thermistors should be set to -40°C. It is important that this thermistor does not operate at a temperature above 85°C. A PTC thermistor has a termination of 2. When the PTC thermistors operate, they supply 16V. For the current designed for PTC thermistors, 100A has been selected. The heat produced by PTC thermistors should be 1.5W. Ildeally, PTC thermistors should operate at no more than 100A current.
