V62/12607-01XE Overview


Logical driver uses a neat TSSOP package. 56 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 5V. 56 pins are set with the electric part. Logical driver has 56 pins. To run the part safely and stably in a circuit, 5V recommends users apply 5V on the logical driver. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as -40°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 85°C. Buffer IC can be categorized in the LINE TRANSCEIVER interface IC. This buffer driver has 9 bits capability. Speaking of receivers, this voltage buffer has 9, which is reasonable for its cost.
