V62/06634-04YE Overview


Logical driver uses a neat SOIC package. 14 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 3.3V. 14 pins are set with the electric part. Logical driver has 14 pins. To run the part safely and stably in a circuit, 3.3V recommends users apply 3.3V on the logical driver. Logical driver features SIGNALING RATE 25MBPS to better serve the need. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as -55°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 125°C. Voltage used to run voltage buffer should be 3V at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, buffer driver is rated 3.6V. This buffer driver has 1 bits capability. Speaking of receivers, this voltage buffer has 1, which is reasonable for its cost. Bus transceiver operates on 2mA.
