USUR1000-503G Overview
NTC thermistors can operate reliably at 150°C because of their maximum operating temperature. It is recommended that NTC thermistors be used at a temperature of -40°C in order to ensure reliability. An NTC thermistor with a total of 2 terminations is presented here.
