UPD301A/KYX Overview


It is available in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. It is important to regulate the temperature to 0°C~70°C in order to ensure reliable operation. The power source must be 1.62V~5.25VV to work. In it, there are 40 terminations. When 1.8V is used as the supply voltage, high efficiency can be achieved. There is currently 23.84mA supply on the market. Current availability of 2 channels is limited. It is set to 1.98V if the maximum voltage supply (Vsup) is to be used. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.62V so the device can function normally.
