Overview

ULN2003AN/ADR is a high voltage, high current Darlington tube array drive circuit, which contains seven groups of NPN Darlington tubes. The emitters of each group of Darlington tubes are connected together, and the open collector outputs. Mainly used in driving relays, electric hammers, Lighting equipment and LED display systems. Its characteristics are as follows:



● The maximum sink current of a single channel can reach 500mA

● Continuous output high voltage can be up to 50V
● Under 5V working conditions, the output can be directly connected by TTL and CMOS
● Integrated clamping diode at output
● Package: DIP16 / SOP16
