TRF3765IRHBT Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. There are 32 terminations found in the file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 3.6V.
