TRF3761-HIRHARG4 Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the VQFN package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 40 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock as its input. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 2.18GHz maximum. Microprocessor-specific clock PLL with 40 bits. There is a 40 pin that is available on the frequency synthesizers. Despite its low-temperature operation, this clock generator ic is capable of -40°C operations. There is still a possibility of the electronic frequency generator working at 85°C with attenuated performance. Electronic frequency generator can handle voltages up to 5V. The clock PLL is generally classified as a PLL or Frequency Synthesis Circuits device. 1 signal outputs enable clock PLL to magnify output frequency as high as possible. A voltage exceeding 5.25V is not acceptable for supply to this frequency generator. Powered by 4.5V, this clock generator has the lowest supply voltage limit. Using a frequency of 2.18GHz allows frequency synthesizer to achieve high efficiencies. Analog ICs are classified as PLL FREQUENCY SYNTHESIZER-devices and this RF synthesizer is one.
