TRF250-145 Overview
To prevent damage to the PTC thermistors, they are packaged in Radial packages. PTC thermistors are packaged in the Bulk for the purpose of protecting them from damage. It is recommended to set the minimum operating temperature of the PTC thermistors at -40°C. A thermistor must not operate at temperatures exceeding 85°C in order for it to function properly. PTC thermistors have terminations of 2. When used, the PTC thermistors could produce 60V voltage. PTC thermistors are designed for 3A current. These thermistors are rated for DC circuit voltage of 60V. Ildeally, PTC thermometers produce heat of 800mW. There should be no current over 3A for PTC thermistors. This thermistor has been rated as having a maximum voltage of 60V in the DC circuit.
