TRF250-080U Overview
For protection, PTC thermistors are contained in Radial packages. These PTC thermistors are packaged in the Bulk for safety protection. For PTC thermistors, -40°C should be the minimum operating temperature. In order for this thermistor to work properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 85°C. Its terminations are 2. It is possible for PTC thermistors to provide voltages of 60V when they are operating. For PTC thermistors, 3A is the current. These thermistors are rated for 60V in a DC circuit. Ildeally, PTC thermometers produce heat of 600mW. In order to prevent overheating of PTC thermistors, the current should not exceed 3A. This thermistor's maximum voltage has been rated as 60V in the DC circuit.
