TRF2443IPFP Overview
In this RF modulator, the frequency is 140MHz~160MHz 280MHz~330MHz.RF IC with the enhanced 80-TQFP Exposed Pad package.The Tray package houses this RF modulator.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 80 terminations integrated.An enhanced power dissipation control RF module featuring 80 pins.Under 85°C, the operating RF switch IC's temperature must be kept below.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for this RF switch IC.
