TRF2432IRTQT Overview
Based on the frequency of 2.65GHz~3.15GHz, RF modulator operates.The enhanced 56-VFQFN Exposed Pad package makes it an excellent RF IC.This RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) package.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.There are 56 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 56-pin RF module.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 85°C.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.
