Advanced RF mixer' packaging Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability.Packed in 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad, the mixer RF is convenient for shipping overseas.In order to perform at its best, the supply current needs to be operated at 180mA.RF mixer shouldrun at a temperature 85°C higher than 85°C.A RF type of MMDS, WCS is provided by the RF mixer.Using Surface Mount, RF fet mixer is mounted.As you may know, this RF mixer comes from the well-known TRF1115 series product line.
