The TPS7A05 is an ultra-small, low quiescent current, low-dropout regulator (LDO) that can source 200mA with excellent transient performance. The device has an output range of 0.8V to 3.3V with a typical accuracy of 1%.
The TPS7A05 has an ultra-low IQ (1 µA) and consumes very low quiescent current, enabling extended battery life in battery-powered applications while providing excellent functionality and safety. The device can be powered by rechargeable Li-ion batteries, lithium primary battery chemistries such as Li-SOCl2, Li-MnO2, and two to three alkaline cells.
The TPS7A05 features an active pull-down circuit to quickly discharge the output when the device is in the disabled state.
The TPS7A05 is fully rated from TJ = -40°C to +125°C and is available in standard X2SON (DQN), SOT-23 (DBV and DBZ), and DSBGA (YKA) packages.
