A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. A voltage regulator consists of 6 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called BATTERY CHARGE CONTROLLER. Space-saving SC packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 2MHz. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 200mA output current. An input voltage of 1.2V is required for switching regulator operation. A voltage of 5V volts can be produced by voltage regulator. For switching regulator operation, 6 pins are used. There are no external factors that affect DC DC switching regulator's consumption of 5μA A of quiescent current. In order to ensure switching regulator's stable operation, the maximum operating temperature 125°C is set at a high level. A minimum operating temperature of -55°C is required to ensure harley voltage regulator's reliability. With regard to the input voltage, it is compatible with a minimum voltage of 700mV. At its maximum, this DC-DC switching regulator can sustain a 5.5V input voltage. It is possible to output voltages of 5V from this voltage regulator 12v.
