TPS546D24RVFT Description


TPS546D24RVFT is a type of 2.95-V to 16-V, stackable 40-A synchronous SWIFT? buck converter with PMBus. Up to 160 A on a single output can be provided by interconnecting two, three, and four TPS546D24 devices. The internal 5-V LDO can be overdriven with an external 5-V supply to ensure high efficiency and low power dissipation of the converter. Minimal size and stability over a wide range of output capacitances can be delivered through a proprietary fixed-frequency current-mode control with input feedforward and selectable internal compensation components.
