As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-SMD, Gull Wing package for the purpose of space saving. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Operating at -40°C~150°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. 120kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. 225 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature.
