TMPR4955BFG-200 Overview
With a packing size of PQFP, this embedded microprocessor is ideal for international shipping. High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced packaging method Bulk. There are 160 terminations totally. In the case of a 1.5V voltage supply, the embedded microprocessor should be turned on and run. A 64-Bit architecture is used. Detailed functions for 160 pins can be found in the datasheets. The maximum supply current of this microprocessor is 1.6V. Microprocessors is a typical embedded microprocessor. To transfer data, there is a bandwidth of 64b. Using the microprocessor in an environment above 70°C is not recommended. Micro processor body consists of 160 pins. As the CPU reaches its top frequency, it will be at 200MHz. Micro processors can be used from 1.5V. In the datasheet, 1.53.3V power supplies are required for this embedded microprocessor.
